A Note from Joy

Hello All,

We are going through tough times, unexpected changes, delays, and disappointments - in business and personally. We understand.

Just like you, our team has experienced and weathered many storms. We've persevered through economic downturns and failure. Members on our team have faced illness and loss. We've also walked alongside the marginalized and vulnerable.

And we've persevered. Just like we will now, we will emerge from this stronger.

We know because just like you, we've been there.

We've turned challenges into opportunities. Our team has started successful businesses, founded non-profits, and we've beaten illness and been healed.

By persevering in the face of challenges, we've learned to lean into what we know to be true. Faith and hope in the face of trials can overcome what seeks to break us. Relationships with those who stand bravely with us grow stronger.

We build on that firm foundation. It will sustain us and see us through to the dawn that is coming.

For now, we "look for the helpers" (Thank you, Mr. Rogers), seek to bring hope to others through whatever means we have at our disposal, and hold tight to the things we know to be true.

When this is over, we will emerge survivors. We will forever be changed. We will value our freedom and opportunities as precious concepts even more that we did before this crisis began.

May you know that we hold you, our clients and friends, in deep regard. It is our privilege to tell the good news of what you do and who you are each day by sharing your stories. We will continue creating, executing, and analyzing this crazy world to keep you on top of the game so that when this is over, we can say…

Ain't nothin' gonna break-a my stride
Nobody gonna slow me down, oh no
I got to keep on movin'
Ain't nothin' gonna break-a my stride
 I'm running and I won't touch ground
Oh no, I got to keep on movin'

Matthew Wilder, 1983

It is a privilege.

Best regards,

Joy
