Joy Christensen, CEO
Joy founded CyberClimb with a passion for telling her client's stories. She loves that her work is creative yet tangible. While building her team she worked to surround her self with other talented and intelligent creatives. The fast-paced nature of the industry is both challenging and fulfilling. Most of all she loves working with her clients because they are forward thinkers, enthusiastic and learners.
Kristi Golden, Media Strategist
With experience at the Federal and State legislative level, Kristi brings practical, effective strategy to your campaign organization. Her expertise in traditional and digital media relations lends additional depth to your campaign's message and delivery, reaching your desired voters. Born and raised in a multi-generational South Dakota family, Golden understands the vast and varied regions of South Dakota and its people. That understanding enables her to craft your political message to reach, resonate and call to action supporters and voters alike.
Polly Dean, Media Strategist
Polly Dean has always been a firm believer in the power of stories. She has proven that if used properly, stories utilized in conjunction with social media platforms can completely transform a business and bring them closer to their intended audience. By meeting clients where they are at, reworking their current strategy, and emphasizing their unique voice and story, Polly is able to make the audience feel connected and invested, and with an audience invested in your story, you begin to see success in a whole new way. Polly is also the Co-Founder of a Non-Profit called The New Colossus which focuses on the prevention of sex trafficking, through this Non Profit they have made a name for safe social media use among teens. For her work in the community Polly has been awarded with the Larry J. Oppold Memorial Award, as well as the EmBe Tribute to Women award. She has been happily married for over 10 years to James. Has 3 kids Kadence, Noah, and Parker, and an extremely overweight cat named Lucy.
Chris Burke, Web Developer and Data Analyst
Chris has been developing websites since he graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2011. During that time he has gained experience building websites for politicians, small businesses, corporations, and even for his own endeavors in sharpening his skills. He wholeheartedly believes that a website does not have to be complicated to both look and feel modern. Simplicity, functionality, and good design are his three keys to staying relevant. When he is not creating content, Chris is an active member in Sioux Falls' car community, enjoys reading and writing, and likes to spend time with his wife, Abby, and his two cats, Henry and Winston.
Georgia Hanson, Campaign Finance Specialist
Georgia joins the CyberClimb team just in time for the 2022 Election Season. With more than 30 years experience in politics including local, state, congressional and presidential elections, Georgia knows campaigns. With a wealth of experience and outstanding attention to detail, she is the resource for all things campaign finance.
Lyndsey Christensen-McKay, Social Media Strategist, CyberClimbNW
Lyndsey has many passions, but they are strung together by a singular noun: excellence. She has committed her life to seeking it, and believes your social impact should exude and provoke the same excellence as physically walking into your business. She has committed her passions to Social Business Strategy by implementing a combination of the art and science of relevant content that keeps an ‘online relationship’ between you and your audience. She specializes in refining your business’ online presence through optimizing your social sites impact, clarifying and identifying what message the public receives from you and if it lines up with your intention/vision, brand reputation management & networking engagement. Social Media takes intention, consistency & is a choreographed dance between staying on brand & engaging in trend, not fads.
